Home > German Press Releases > Validatis acquires AI fintech Kerentia
Cologne, 03.04.2025 Innovative new addition to the QUiNFOS Group: AI fintech Kerentia will be acquired by Validatis in April. The aim is to systematically integrate Kerentia’s proprietary analysis system with the use of AI into the Validatis product range. The founders of the company are also moving to Validatis: Christopher Keller and Dr. Nico Engel will join Steven Rau as managing directors and will be responsible for the further development of Validatis.
Kerentia’s offering fits perfectly with Validatis’ range of services: The ASTRALYS software gives clients a unique insight into the performance of companies. The scoring of key figures and the use of AI-based insights support important decision-making processes: Integrated monitoring makes it possible to derive trends at an early stage, create budgeted balance sheets and analyze various market scenarios. An early warning system makes it possible to react to KPI deviations and identify their causes.
Dr. Christoph Bauer, CEO DuMont: ” Our QUiNFOS Group continues to grow consistently with the acquisition of Kerentia in Validatis – and thus further expands its innovative product range and position in the important business information market.” Steven Rau, Managing Director of Validatis, adds: “This partnership enables us to create real synergies, further develop our competencies and bring additional innovative solutions to the market for our customers. I am particularly looking forward to working with Christopher and Nico.”
