Sandra Vollmer appointed CFO of DuMont

Cologne, 27 August 2025 New CFO at DuMont: The Supervisory Board of the media and technology company DuMont has appointed Sandra Vollmer as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 October 2025, joining the Group Management Board. With her appointment, the Group Management Board of the holding company will consist of Dr Christoph Bauer (CEO), Sandra Vollmer (CFO) and Oliver Eckert (COO). Vollmer will report directly to Dr Bauer. She succeeds Stefan Hütwohl, who has held the CFO role since 2015. Following a three-month transition period, Hütwohl will step down from the Group Management Board at the end of his contract on 31 December 2025, after ten successful years in the role. He will, however, remain closely connected to the company in a senior advisory capacity, supporting the Group Management Board on strategic projects.

Sandra Vollmer joins DuMont from ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and, following the sale, Moltiply Group S.p.A, where since 2022 she has served as Managing Director and CFO of Verivox. Under her leadership, the online price comparison platform was consistently developed into a growing, investor-attractive digital company. In 2024, Vollmer additionally served as Managing Director and CFO of Floyt (billiger-mietwagen.de).

Prior to joining ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, she was Director of Business Finance at Unsere grüne Glasfaser, a joint venture between Allianz and Telefónica, where she led operations until 2022. She previously held senior finance and HR roles at several companies, including Board Member Finance and HR/CFO at 1&1 Mail & Media Applications SE (Web.de and GMX), and Head of Finance at United Internet Corporate Services. From 2011 to 2017, she worked at Unitymedia, most recently as VP Planning, Controlling & Reporting.

Vollmer studied in Cambridge and at the Freiburg International Business School. She began her career with Accenture in Zurich before moving into the telecommunications sector, with positions at T-Systems, T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom AG.
