Entirely AG founded: Tobias Ackermann becomes CEO, Laurence Gaubert CFO

New structure, strong team, clear ambition: Entirely AG will drive the realignment of marketing technologies worldwide

Baar/Cologne, July 2 2025 – The marketing technology landscape is fragmented and complex. With the founding of Entirely AG, DuMont is bundling its MarTech activities under one roof – and pursuing a clear ambition: to offer companies worldwide an open, AI-supported ecosystem for tailored marketing at scale. Entirely is thus positioning itself as a strong European answer to the growing complexity of the MarTech world – beyond isolated individual solutions and closed platforms.

The Board of Directors of Entirely AG appoints Tobias Ackermann as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Laurence Gaubert as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Entirely AG. Both have extensive international expertise in building and scaling technology companies.

Today, Entirely integrates the solutions of Marmind, Censhare, Elaine and Facelift. Together with these four founding partners, it is continuously building Entirely as an open MarTech ecosystem in close cooperation with customers and partners – with the clear goal of networking technology and data more intelligently and making marketing more effective. The focus is on the targeted use of AI to relieve marketing teams of operational complexity, enable data-based control and create personalized brand experiences at scale.

Ackermann was previously CEO of Censhare, before which he spent over 15 years at well-known international SaaS providers such as Oracle, Sage, and Adobe. Laurence Gaubert was previously CFO of Censhare and brings with her extensive international experience in finance and corporate management, in multinational listed companies and fast-growing start-ups, including at Nova Products, Estee Lauder Companies and Renault.
