Cologne/Bonn, 10 April 2025. Entirely is acquiring Epoq, the provider of AI-supported personalization solutions for recommendation and search, from the French company AB Tasty. The integration of Epoq into the Entirely Open Ecosystem marks the beginning of a new era of AI-supported 1:1 personalization in marketing: more intelligent, more precise and closer to the customer.

According to new studies by Deloitte, 80 percent of consumers prefer individualized communication, while 71 percent are frustrated by non-personalized information, according to management consultancy McKinsey.
